WebOpenings provides you the opportunity to search and easily book last minute appointments.
You can either search by zip code/city or view the browse directory to book a last minute appointment. When you book an appointment you will be pre-paying for the appointment through WebOpenings.
Once you book an appointment, your credit card will be charged immediately by WebOpenings for the service that is purchased. On your credit card statement you will see a charge from WebOpenings for the booking.
If you need to cancel an appointment that is greater than 24 hours prior to the appointment time, you can log into your account and cancel the appointment. If it is less than 24 hours to the appointment time, you must contact the business to see what their cancelation policy is.
Once you book your appointment and you receive a confirmation number, you are confirmed. If you need to cancel the appointment you can do so through your WebOpenings account up to 24 hours prior to your appointment time. There are instances that the business will need to cancel your appointment. If this occurs, they will contact you.

If it is greater than 24 hours, you can log into your account to cancel the appointment. If it is less than 24 hours, you must contact the business directly.
If the business owner must cancel your appointment, they will contact you by phone or email. This cancelation by the business might occur if a service provider is sick or due to inclement weather.

Please log into your account and view your active appointments. You will have the opportunity to cancel the appointment as long as it is greater than 24 hours to the appointment time.
