What is WebOpenings?
WebOpenings provides you the opportunity to search for service openings, create price alerts on locations and services of interest as well as easily book an appointment.
How do I search/book an appointment?
In the search box on the home page, enter in the following:
  • Zip Code for your current location.
  • Select your service.
  • Choose a date and time range. 
A result page will appear with your searched preferences.  Choose the location of interest along with your specific service. 

The following page will provide you with the available times and prices. After you select a time, you will be brought to sign in page where you key in your existing user login or you can create a new account.

 

Once you book an opening, you will receive a confirmation number immediately via email and it will also appear in your inbox when you log into your account.

How does payment occur?
Once you book an appointment, your credit card will be charged immediately by WebOpenings for the full service amount that is purchased. If the business owner must cancel your appointment, they will email your WebOpenings account which will show up in your inbox and they will also call you. If you need to cancel an appointment that is more than 24 hrs prior to the appointment time, you can log into your account and cancel the appointment. If it is less than 24 hrs to the appointment time, you must contact the salon to see what their cancelation policy is.
How do I know if my appointment is accepted by the business owner?
Once you book your appointment and you receive a confirmation number on Step 4, you are confirmed. If you need to cancel the appointment you can do so through your WebOpenings account up to 24 hrs prior to your appointment time. There are instances that the salon will need to cancel your appointment. If this occurs, they will email you through the WebOpenings website and will also call you.
How do I sign up as a Customer?
Sign up is free and will only take a couple minutes to complete.  Click here to sign up and start saving! 
What if I have to cancel an appointment?
If it is more than 24 hours, you can log into your account to cancel the appointment.  If it is less than 24 hours, you must contact the business directly. 
What happens if a business has to cancel the appointment that I already booked?
If the business owner must cancel your appointment, they will email your WebOpenings account which will show up in your inbox and they will also call you to see when you would like to reschedule. This cancelation by the business might occur if a service provider is sick or inclement weather.

What happens if I forget my password or email address?
If you know your username/email address, please contact support and include any information you have about your account. If you have lost your password, please go to the login page and click the "forgot password" link.
How do I cancel an appointment that I just booked?
Please log into your account and view your active appointments.
